Images are provided soley for non-commercial personal viewing; all other uses, including redistribution, are prohibited. Prints and/or other licenses may be available for purchase; please email ktb@kevinbroderick.com for more details. Be sure to mention which picture(s) you find interesting and your relation, if any, to any persons depicted in those images.

What this means...

Examples of permitted uses

• Using an image as the wallpaper on your desktop computer
• Browsing through images to see if you find any interesting
• Emailing links to your friends so they can check out images
• Posting links, embedded (e.g. <img> tags) or otherwise (e.g. <a href=...> tags), on forums and other interactive sites (so long as you do not claim to own the images or use them in a commercial manner)

Examples of prohibited uses

• You may not copy images for use on your website
• You may not upload images to another site
• You may not use the images in printed material for redistribution
• You may not edit or modify the images, except when resizing them for viewing on your personal computer
• You may not use the images for any advertising--whether in-house or otherwise--without express, written consent

Reasons to email me

• If you want to use the images in a commercial manner
• If you'd like to purchase larger-resolution copies of the image(s) for your own use (e.g. printing them; most of the images on this site are significantly downsized on the web and I have copies at substantially higher resolutions) or if you'd like to purchase prints; please also see my photo FAQ.
• If you appear in an image (e.g. I captured an image of you pulling a cool trick on your bike) and you want that to be noted in the image caption
• If you want to tell me how much my images rock (or how much they suck), and even better, if you want to tell me why they rock or they suck
• If you have any questions or concerns about these terms of use, whether you don't understand them or otherwise
